How often do you walk or run?

I used to run about 4-5 days a week… I have run a bunch of races- half marathon was my favorite distance…  then I had my daughter and everything changed.

I don’t want to hurt myself now, so I focus on walking until I can get to a healthy enough point to start to run again- but I still strive for 4-5 days a week.  I got a treadmill for my house about a year ago, and it really helps me stay close to my target.  Recently, my coworker and I ordered a small treadmill for our break room at work, so that helps to be more active.

I know that if I don’t exercise for more than a day or 2 consecutively, I become unbearable to be around.
